Dr. Sabnam Parvin is working as a consultant in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery at Genome The Fertility Centre. She passed MBBS from Burdwan Medical college, Burdwan with a number of scholarships and honors. She completed her DNB from MR Bangur Hospital, Kolkata. She pursued her FNB for two years in Institute of Reproductive Medicine (IRM), Kolkata under Prof. Dr. Baidyanath Chakravarty. Her thesis topic in FNB "Impaired endometrial receptivity affects fertility in women with genital tuberculosis" has been accepted in a peer reviewed journal. She pursued different training courses in ultrasound, laparoscopy & hysteroscopy from institutes in Kolkata. She has presented papers and posters in various national and international conferences including the ESHRE Annual Conference, AICC RCOG, ISAR, Fertivision. She has won the first and runner’s up prize in oral paper presentations in BOGSCON 44 and The Conference of Association of Medical Women in India, respectively. She also has been invited to deliver lectures in regional and national conferences, including Yuva ISAR Fertility Conclave. Her special interests are subfertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, recurrent implantation failure, ART. Her vision is to provide individualized, evidence based and cost effective treatment for each couple.
